Grass Fed Local beef. The beef is hung and dry aged for around 32 days to create amazing flavour and tenderness. Once it has been cut to our specifications, our beef is vacuum packed and collected by us. We aim to farm with as little inputs as possible and in an environmentally friendly way. Low food miles, high welfare, fully traceable from farm to fork.
